MAT CLASSES

    Hot class - Room at 35°-38°C

  • An invigorating, high-intensity Pilates session designed to challenge your endurance and ignite your inner fire. Set in a heated space, this class blends controlled strength work with dynamic movement for a deep, satisfying burn that will leave you feeling powerful and unstoppable.

    Hot Class - Room at 37°-39°C

  • A gentle warmth that encourages flexibility, mobility and detox, helping the body reset and release tension in a soothing environment.

    Heated Class - Room at 29°-32°C

  • For the mums who can’t wait to feel strong again - this is your space to move, rebuild and reconnect with your body. This class is all about regaining strength postpartum, focusing on deep core activation, posture, and stability while easing back into movement safely. Expect controlled, intentional pilates exercises designed to help you feel strong, supported and confident.

    Open to all postpartum mums.

    Babies 12 months and under. Please ensure you have clearance from a health professional before joining. We recommend bringing your baby in a carrier or on a mat - strollers can be parked outside the studio.

  • A deeply restorative session that blends mindful movement with mobility work and stretch-based sequences. Perfect for unwinding tight muscles, improving flexibility, and realigning your body, this class is your moment to reset, recover, and find balance in movement.

  • For the mums who are ready to feel strong again—this class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and regain confidence in movement while knowing your little one is in good hands, just a few steps away.

    This 40-minute reformer-based session focuses on deep core activation, pelvic floor recovery, and full-body strength, helping you move with control and ease. While you focus on getting stronger, your baby will be happily entertained in the next room, where one of our wonderful staff members will be looking after them. You’ll still be able to see them, ensuring peace of mind while you take this well-deserved time for yourself.
